Internal Communications - Palestra
Transport for London
Transport for London's Surface Transport team needed our help to communicate a major change to employees and stakeholders.
The team were facing the challenge of coordinating and communicating a wholesale move of equipment and thousands of personnel from offices in Victoria to the iconic new Palestra building, across London's River Thames, in Southwark.
We developed a logo that would draw on architectural elements from Palestra and reflect TfL's corporate colour palette and typography.
Our team produced a wide range of internal communication tools - from email newsletters and advertising campaigns, a detailed interactive map and intranet site, a short film about the relocation, 'filofax' style guides to help staff settle in, a practical 'desk-in-a-bag' for those adopting a hot-desking role, to innovative puzzle cube and push-me-pull-me cards to communicate the move to key suppliers and contractors.
